How It Works

Get in Touch

Give us a call, if the office is closed then feel free to drop us an email, facebook message or use the contact us for and we'll give you a call back. Make sure you include your phone number!

Book & Pay

We'll discuss avaliability and take some details for the rental. We'll cover all of our terms of hire and we'll take payment so everything is ready when you need the van.

Collect The Van

On the day, come to our office and collect the van. We'll make sure all of the paperwork is in order and may need to take some extra details. We'll also complete a van inspection together..

Drop It Off

At the end of your rental period, return the van to us - We'll do another inspection together and make sure everything is OK. If the office is closed, we also offer letterbox drop-off.

* Weekend includes collection anytime from 9am Friday morning, and return Monday, 72 hours rental.

** All our vans are XLWB, longer than the LWB vans you normally get, much more room!

***Refundable deposit of £500 required, Excess of £1000, per rental.

***Full 100% Collision Damage Waiver available for £3-5 per day depending on rental days, charged at cost, we don’t make a profit on it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I get my deposit refunded?

Yes, deposit are returned on return and inspection of your rental vehicle. We take a deposit to cover us against vans returned damaged, with less than a full tank of fuel, or if returned dirty/smelly, etc.

Can I return a van Saturday/Sunday?

Yes, but the van inspection will only be done Monday morning when we are back in work.

Can I cancel my booking?

If you cancel within 14 days of your booking we will refund in full, later than that and we reserve the right to keep £20 per rental day to cover our lost business.

What happens if I breakdown or have an accident?

Our vans have roadside assistance and breakdown recovery to help you. There is an information pack in our vans that includes all contact inform you'll need in case of a breakdown.
